Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) account only on ferarri88. Creating duplicate accounts — whether in the same name, same email address, same device, same IP address, same household, or same payment method — is strictly prohibited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ferarri88 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances (real money and bonus), and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one account on ferarri88 (whether personally or through proxies).

ferarri88's maximum aggregate liability to any Player in connection with the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
